- Financial Information: Payment details securely processed through our third-party payment gateway (Stripe). We do not directly store full credit card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect primarily to deliver our contractual obligations to you. This includes:
- Filing and managing Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) applications on your behalf.
- Communicating with you regarding the status of your file, property management updates, and billing.
- Processing subscription payments and onboarding deposits.
- Reporting outstanding tenant debts via our LandlordEzy.ca integration.

To provide a modern, secure, and efficient service, we utilize industry-leading third-party platforms. By using our services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by the following partners under their respective privacy and security protocols:
- Stripe: Used for secure payment processing and subscription management. Stripe securely collects and processes your financial data.
- Buildium: Our primary property management software and client portal. Buildium is used to securely store lease agreements, rent ledgers, and LTB documents, and to provide you with real-time file tracking.
- HubSpot: Used for scheduling strategy sessions, customer relationship management (CRM), and communications.
- Equifax: Used via LandlordEzy.ca for the lawful reporting of outstanding tenant debts resulting from LTB Orders and Judgments.
4. Data Security and Retention
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure. We retain personal and property information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements in the Province of Ontario.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to outside parties. We may disclose your information strictly when legally required to do so, such as submitting documents to the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB), the Sheriff's Enforcement Office, or as required by a court of law.
