Which LTB forms do you handle?
We handle the complete lifecycle of LTB forms. This includes N4 (Non-payment), N12 (Owner's use), N5 (Interference/Damage), and N11 (Agreement to end tenancy). We also draft the L1/L2 applications and the required affidavits for N12/N13 filings.
Is hearing representation included?
Yes. Many services charge extra for the actual hearing date. With Evictly, your monthly fee covers the preparation for and attendance at your LTB hearing by a licensed professional.
How does the Debt Reporting work?
Through our LandlordEzy.ca partnership, we can upload your LTB Orders and Judgments directly to Equifax. This impacts the tenant's credit score and makes it much more likely they will pay to clear their record.
What about filing fees?
The Landlord and Tenant Board charges a filing fee (currently $186 for an L1 application). These are "disbursements" and are the only costs not covered by your monthly fee. We file them on your behalf and invoice them at cost.
